Absolutely. The frameworks give us a starting structure, but we adjust length, pace, and focus based on progress, outcome measures, and your capacity. We review every four sessions.

Do you work with people outside the UK?

Yes—sessions are delivered online and scheduled in UK time. Please ensure CBT is accessible in your jurisdiction and note that I’m governed by UK professional standards.

How do intensives differ from weekly programmes?

Intensives involve 2–3 sessions per week over a shorter time frame, paired with additional between-session support. They work well for people taking leave from work or wanting rapid momentum.

Do you offer standalone consultations or supervision?

Yes. Standalone consultations are available for £145 per 55-minute session. Clinical supervision and training can be arranged for therapists—please enquire directly.
